M-L-Z- v. Noem, No. 25-cv-5479 (E.D. Pa.)

With Nationalities Service Center, All Rise represented M-L-Z-, whose years-old application for asylum was wrongfully dismissed in summer 2025, as part of a government effort to subject him and others like him to expedited removal. After getting a TRO and having a PI hearing, this case resolved when the government agreed he would not be subject to expedited removal and that it would consider his asylum application with required due process protections.
